After years building & running technology companies and seeing how, through his own life changing events culminating in a serious health issue 2024, the stresses of life can have considerable negative consequences, Elliot decided to put his love of fitness and his life experiences together to help everyone feel stronger and capable – no matter their starting point. He’s passionate about helping people build confidence & enjoy the energy and the freedom that comes with a healthier way of life.

  • I’m Elliot, a personal trainer with over 35 years in sports and team-based performance, and a certified YMCA Advanced Diploma holder in personal training. My approach is grounded in experience, not trends – combining bodyweight movements, kettlebell strength, nutrition, mindfulness and whole-person conditioning that builds lasting results

  • After decades immersed in sport and a very demanding business environment, I have seen firsthand how, if we don’t take care, life can chip away at our energy, movement & confidence – especially as we reach mid-life. I started this personal voyage not just to help myself stay strong, but to serve others and help them do the same. 

    I believe fitness should consider all the human systems, be accessible, empowering and sustainable. Everyone deserves to feel strong, in balance, capable and confident.

  • I specialise in training mid-life clients who want to take back control of their health or continue building on hard won gains. Whether you are returning to fitness, starting fresh, pushing on, preparing for an event or trying to keep up with life’s demands, I will help you build the strength, mobility and all-round condition that carries into everything you do.

  • 1. 12 week PT-led strength & conditioning programme covering the below:

    • Needs & goal analysis

    • Mobility & flexibility

    • Strength training

    • Conditioning & energy system development

    • Accessory and functional development

    • Nutritional analysis

    • Assessment, periodisation & progression

    For best results, Elliot would recommend 2 sessions per week.

    2. Elliot also offers simple 1-2-1 training sessions.

    3. A 12-week, self-led strength & conditioning programme delivered via a virtual app – including a 30-minute weekly check-in and a 60-minute monthly progress review.
    Built with the same comprehensive scope as Elliot’s PT-led personal programme, this package offers structure, flexibility, and expert support – all for £405.

    4. Register your interest now for a new group kettlebell strength & conditioning class, led by Elliot. Sessions will be £6 per person, with up to 12 people per class.
