With over 35 years in sports and team-based training, Elliot created Piovra Fitness to bring his life learnt experience and a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to fitness. Certified with an Advanced Diploma in Personal Training from the world-renowned YMCA, he specialises in bodyweight & kettlebell-based strength and conditioning coupled with a whole-person approach to health, helping clients build real-world strength, improve mobility and feel better in their minds and bodies – without gimmicks!

  • To build strength, improve condition & total whole body resilience.

  • Just £5 per person

This class works the whole body and is built around kettlebell based resistance, cadio-vascular & mobility exercise. 

No equipment needed and for just £5 per person, this is a great way to get back into a fitness regime.
